Rewards

Many of us were raised with treats and tasty foods as a major reward for something accomplished or good behavior as well as for comfort. During this cleansing period we can reflect upon some of the choices we continue to make which are less supportive of our health and to find some substitutions for them.

While you are cleansing, consider offering your self some type of special reward each day. Below is a list which some people have found helpful for nurturing themselves without relying upon unhealthy food or drink. Please add the rewards to this list that will promote your happiness and well being.
