Mindful Core Strengthening

This exercise is a slow stretch. Focus on breath, finding your core in a new way, taking the time to breathe properly, in order to  release tightness , back pain, alignment of the spine, lengthening and strengthening. A strong core, is a foundation for an upper body and back strength.

Classes are conducted in a nurturing and supportive environment. The exercises are modified to be safe and are designed to be challenging at the same time. This class is helpful for special needs, recovery and healing.
